Update 0.2.2

Added factions to the game with a couple of faction specific events, that scale based on reputation. Also added search functions (in most of the relevant places) , removed some of the placeholders, changed a few of the visuals and fixed a bunch of bugs.  Please keep in mind that this version is not save file compatible with the previous one.
