Alpha skill tree finished

The skill tree of the game's alpha version is finished. Also added smaller skill trees for the employees. Their skills are a randomized selection of 2-3 skills, with varying rarity, of which you get to select one. Next, I'll start working on adding a decoration system for the shop.
